EEN Canada Service Rates
Effective November 15, 2023, EEN Canada is implementing new rates to reflect the value and quality of our services. These rates will support our continued association with the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the world’s largest network for SMEs with international ambitions, comprising 470+ partner organizations and 69 countries. As a part of this Network, EEN Canada connects Canadian innovators with privileged market insights, international innovation experts, and the world’s most extensive Partnership Opportunities database. Clients who are eligible to make use of the EEN services include Canada-based SMEs and other innovation stakeholders, such as universities, colleges, publicly-funded research institutes, and non-profits operating in the innovation ecosystem.
The new rates are as follows:

Level 1 (Fee: $250.00)
- Posting a profile and a partner request which entails providing the Canadian client with the necessary paperwork.
- Discussing with the client the best possible presentation of their profile and request.
- Uploading the client’s profile to the Network’s Partnering Opportunities database.
- Delivering expressions of interest to the client.
Level 2 (Fee: $400.00)
As in Level 1, with the addition of:
- Evaluating expressions of interest (EoIs) and ranking them in order of compatibility.
- Providing recommendations for building innovation partnerships.
- Analyzing client needs in greater detail before posting on the Network’s Partnering Opportunities database.
- Evaluating potential partners in the database to best suit the client.
- Providing information on funding opportunities.
Level 3 (Fee: $600.00)
As in Level 2, with the addition of:
- Contacting up to 5 additional Network partner organizations to assist with matchmaking.
- Consulting information services, such as research funding databases.
- Contacting embassies, consulates, and European and Canadian research and innovation organizations.
- Offering information and advice for brokerage events and matchmaking opportunities outside of the Network.
Level 4 (Fee: Case-by-case basis)
As in Level 3, with the addition of:
- Developing written matchmaking and partnership-building strategies.
- Providing organizational support for meetings with potential partners.
- Assisting with setting up partnership agreements.
- Offering support with proposal writing for funding applications.
Postings will be kept on the Partnership Opportunities database for 3 months. If no results have been received in that period, EEN Canada will re-post a modified profile. The fee for modifications and re-posting is $100.00.
